Building in public — day 5: 4 articles live, the content engine is running

Quick update on where things stand with AgencyOps.

The blog at introdoor.com/blogs now has 4 articles published. All focused on the same problem — agency owners who are busy, growing, and still not making real money. Here's what's live:

1. How Running Paid Ads for Clients Almost Broke My Agency

The PPC profitability trap that most agencies walk into without realising it.

2. How Managing SEO Retainers Almost Taught Me the Wrong Lesson About Growth

14 clients. Real results. 19% net margin. Where the money was silently going.

3. How Much Does SEO Cost for a Small Business? (2026 Pricing Guide)

Written for the client side — what fair SEO pricing looks like and how to avoid getting overcharged.

4. Best Agency Management Software in 2026

An honest comparison of tools small agencies actually use to manage clients, projects, and profitability — written by someone who has tried most of them.

What I'm building toward

The content, the free calculators, and AgencyOps itself are all solving the same problem at different layers.

The blog builds the audience. The calculators build the trust. AgencyOps is the system that ties it all together operationally.

None of this is accidental. Every article targets a real search query an agency owner types when something in their business is not working. Every calculator gives them a number they need before they can fix the pricing problem. AgencyOps gives them the infrastructure to run without the chaos.

Long game. Consistent output. No shortcuts.
