I like the distinction here between visibility and actual collaboration. A lot of “build in public” ends up being broadcasting, which is useful for accountability but not always for better decisions. The interesting question for me is what structure makes a live community high-signal instead of just high-volume. Have you found any rituals or constraints that keep it useful for builders instead of turning into another noisy feed?
