Building in public lets us test our app in an uncontrolled environment, we think it has helped a lot.

There is a saying "No plan survives first contact with the enemy". We heard that a few months back and we really took that to heart and just kept our app in public even though we hadn't yet completed the product.

Would love to hear the community's take on the pros can cons of this. Especially developers and product people that are either fixing bugs or iterating.
