Building lead generation tool for real estate in public

Hello Hackers,

A couple of weeks ago I came up with an idea for a tool that will streamline the operational efficiency of real estate investors and wholesalers by automatically enriching the information they utilize. Seeing what everyone else is working on made me decided to build it in public.

The goal of GoliathData is to find motivated sellers automatically from public data by aggregating public information (public notices, court documents), extracting relevant entities and finding their contact information all in one.

It is currently only in a couple of counties in Florida, and it only works for "Notice to Creditors" and "Foreclosure Notice of Action" but the goal is to build integrations across the country.

I'm only two weeks into building, but would love to get some early feedback from the community whether if you are interested in Real Estate or not.
