Building MailBurster ā a simpler and cheaper alternative to email marketing tools

Iām Rushabh, an indie maker currently building MailBurster.
Over the last few years working with developers and SaaS teams, I kept seeing the same problem:
Email marketing tools are either too expensive, too complicated, or both.
Most tools charge heavily for subscriber counts even though the actual email sending cost (via providers like SES) is extremely low.
So I decided to build something different.
What is MailBurster?
MailBurster is a simple email campaign platform powered by Amazon SES that helps you:
Send marketing campaigns
Manage subscriber lists
Track bounces and complaints
Keep costs extremely low
The idea is to provide a developer-friendly and cost-efficient email marketing platform instead of the traditional expensive tools. PRD-Document
Why I'm building it
Most email tools charge $100ā$500/month once your list grows.
But with SES, the raw cost of sending emails is extremely low.
So the goal with MailBurster is:
Simpler UX
High deliverability
Much cheaper pricing
Current Status
Right now I'm building the MVP which includes:
Subscriber list management
Campaign creation
SES sending
Bounce & complaint tracking PRD-Document
Looking for early users
