Hey IH!
I'm Dan Zaitsev, a CMO with Ukrainian roots but currently nomading around the globe. For a long time, I have been thinking about organizing my marketing agency, so together with my marketing team, we came up with the idea to launch a new marketing service where founders and businesses can hire marketing teams on a monthly subscription. Using my personal website 👉 https://www.danzaitsev.com/, we decided to build this project on top of it.
We decided to focus on a few services only where our team has the best expertise, such as marketing strategy and execution, PR, and community. We plan to add more services once we test them.
Our services may help startups that recently started and looking for new marketing resources to scale their products, but also for companies with existing marketing departments that lack results.
To build this project, I came up with the idea to create a website where any user could order our services in a few clicks by simply adding their billing card. I used Webflow as a no-code solution and a few other tools to automate everything. Rewardful helped me to integrate the referral program without any single line of code. Now I can say that I'm a true no-code maker :)
To be honest, I planned to build and launch this project in 1 month, but it took 3 months to launch. It took longer than I expected because I was polishing UI/UX, content and fighting with different no-code tools to integrate them properly.
Our next steps:
Right now, we have a few of our old customers whom we serve marketing services. Sure we launched a new website to bring new leads.
The first step was to launch and showcase our project on Product Hunt. So today, we finally listed it https://www.producthunt.com/posts/dan-zaitsev-co. Moreover, we added a coupon code with a discount for its community. To be honest, we don't expect massive traction from PH, but we decided to test it out anyway.
The next step is to start B2B marketing and activate email and direct marketing.
We also expect our affiliate program will help bring new leads and partners. So it's necessary to start promoting it ASAP.
Thanks for reading my story! Your ideas and feedback are highly appreciated.
