Being a mobile developer, I wanna give solutions to many issues by building apps, but how to analyse the market and my target audience?
In my opinion mobile B2B is still underrated and has huge potential. B2C is very crowded with hard pricing – it's all about volume. B2B can be very interesting if you find a niche. Even a really small market can become valuable. And because it's a niche, it's often too small for bigger players.
So if B2B is interesting for your, I'd suggest to start your research there.
How?
That can be very difficult. Because B2B has such a huge potential, customers are often old school, analog and therefore can not be found on Reddit or even online. So sometimes you have to talk to known craftsmen in your town or small business nearby.
Find a problem in your workflow when you're using mobile. Try to to solve that and then do some market research to know your market size.
