In previous article about my SaaS product I mentioned that I started to looking for different channels for reaching people. Then I asked myself if there is any channel I can reach pros in design industry. Yeap the answer is LinkedIn! Let's dive in 🤿

I just went straightforward and wrote product/industrial/fashion etc designer in the search bar. And 10s of thousands of results were there. I felt like I hit the jackpot 🎰 But there was a problem. I needed to send connection request in order to be able to message them.

Instead I shortened my message and asked them if they would like to be my beta tester through the note (300 characters at most) which I can send with connection request. And sent to 100s of designers✉️ Until I hit the weekly new connection limit on LinkedIn.

Conversions were much higher than I expected. ~50 people responded my message. More than 40 of them were positive 😁 I explained the project and process in detail, answered their questions and invited them to Discord
channel. 15 of them joined to the group. Better than 0, right?

We started to test the app together👨‍🔬 I hope we will be launching something fits designers' needs and wants 🚀
