Hi everyone! I’m currently building Nixvoid, a project that explores the potential of P2P hybrid connectivity.
The Problem:
Most messaging apps rely heavily on centralized servers, leading to latency and privacy concerns. As a developer, I wanted to see if I could shift that power back to the browser.
The Solution:
Nixvoid uses WebRTC to facilitate real-time, peer-to-peer communication. It’s an experiment to see how far we can push browser-based tech to create faster, more resilient chat systems without heavy backend reliance.
My Journey:
Being 17 and working on this in public has been a wild ride! From debugging signaling issues to deploying on Render, every step has been a huge learning experience.
Why I’m sharing:
I’m looking for honest feedback from the community. If you’re into real-time tech, WebRTC, or just building side projects, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the architecture or any challenges you’ve faced while building similar tools.

Let’s chat! Have you ever built anything using WebRTC? What was your biggest hurdle?
