Building no-code and low-code sites, applications, and automations for Austin companies?

Hello all, I'm here to ask for any thoughts on the company I'm getting started.

I'd like to offer landing page, web and mobile app, internal tools, and automation development to Austin companies and organizations.

We will be open to serving clients outside of Austin, obviously, but I've had a few business-owners within my circle that showed interest in website and application development.

I know this isn't a new concept, and plenty of others have built successful agencies through web design and application development.

I guess I'm just wondering the validity of building sites, tools, and automations for local businesses? Or maybe my offering doesn't feel clear enough, and I need to niche further to limit our offerings and add offerings as we scale?

I've built a window cleaning business to several thousand in monthly recurring revenue, but this just feels different for some reason.

Again, any thoughts on the matter are apprectiated!

It's just wonderful. Your business and the tools you offer will be very useful for beginners. Applications, websites, and the like are the tools without which no business can succeed today. This is something without which the service sector and not only is now impossible. I'm in the contemplation stage right now. I want to start a similar business like https://nedstevens.com/services/roof-cleaning/ for roof cleaning and more. These guys are great professionals, and I have someone to take an example from. They have many clients and a good reputation. I will need to work very hard for the same result.
