Hi Indie Hacker Community,
Inspired by the Olympics and my own frustration of not being able to find quality badminton matches, I just built my first prototype called Buddy Finder (www.buddyfinder.us)
It helps match local badminton players. Our true north is to create as many fun & quality matches as possible. I used bubble to build it and was super excited it got off the ground. I have a few people using it now and I hope to get more in the future. This is mostly non-profit and just a side project, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use bubble to build something within 2 weeks.
I am starting to leverage Facebook groups as a starting point to get people aware of Buddy Finder and only rolling out to South Bay (California) badminton venues. Because it needs a bit of critical mass for it to make sense, I am rolling it out one geolocation at a time.
I am still learning - any suggestions around the product / growth marketing would be helpful! Thanks,
