Building PitchMap: Real-Time Business Opportunity Discovery by Geography

I built YUMIBIZ two years ago. It reached 500 organic users with zero paid marketing before I rebuilt it.

The core insight held: when people can see who's raising, hiring, or building in their city in real-time, they move differently. Geography is a signal most platforms ignore.

I'm now building PitchMap full-time. It's a map-based B2B networking platform for founders, investors, freelancers, consultants, creators, and agencies. Design-complete. SAFE signed. One angel investor. More committed at 1,000 active users.

I came from B2B sales and enterprise event management. I know how to sell and execute at scale. What I need now is a technical co-founder who can build the product at the speed this requires.
