Building PriceWatch — competitor pricing intelligence for SaaS founders who are tired of being the last to know

I'm building PriceWatch — a tool that monitors competitor pricing pages and alerts you when something changes.

The problem I'm solving: As a SaaS founder you should know when your main competitor raises prices by 20%, removes a plan, or starts offering annual discounts. But manually checking pricing pages is boring, easy to forget, and doesn't scale beyond 3–4 competitors.

What PriceWatch does:

• You add a competitor's pricing URL

• It tracks changes over time

• When something meaningful changes, you get an email with the exact before/after (e.g. Pro: $49/mo → $59/mo)

• AI explains what the change means for your business and suggests what to do next

Where I am: Product is built. Currently validating demand before opening it up. No pricing yet — focused on getting the first real users.
