Building pricing intelligence for an industry nobody else is pricing correctly

The problem: if you refurbish and resell used electronics or run a trade-in/buyback program, you're pricing devices where the same iPhone model can be worth 5 different prices depending on grade, and generic e-commerce pricing tools don't know that. Most of the industry still prices by manually checking competitor listings across marketplaces, by hand, per model, per grade, per country.

What we built: RecommerceIQ tracks resale and buyback prices across 50+ platforms (Back Market, Amazon Renewed, eBay, Refurbed, Swappie...) across global markets, matched to model + condition grade, so pricing teams get a live number instead of a stale spreadsheet. Two products: ResellWell for resale pricing, BuybackWell for trade-in/buyback, plus an API.

Where we are: 1M+ prices tracked daily, clients across Italy, Switzerland, and Germany (Unieuro (Fnac darty group), Revendo, DIS Connect, Valyuu, and others), and client-reported +18% margin uplift on resale and +49% trade-in volume increase.

We are around $10k MRR and growing!

What I'd love feedback on: we're a B2B tool in a very niche vertical (refurbished electronics), and I'm curious how other builders in narrow B2B niches think about content/SEO or in general organic traffic maxxing
