Building Tagtics — a simpler, smarter way to collect real feedback

Scratching My Own Itch

While working on other projects, I kept noticing how hard it was to get meaningful feedback from users — not through support forms or bug reports, but right where they experienced friction.

Most tools out there felt heavy, expensive, or intrusive. I wanted something simpler — something that let users say, “Hey, this could be better,” right on the product itself, without devs needing to modify their codebase.

That’s how Tagtics was born — a plug-and-play, framework-agnostic tool to collect UI feedback and generate real-time analytics.

Building Something Simpler, Smarter

Tagtics is lightweight, privacy-focused, and easy to integrate. It comes with a free tier (feature-limited, not time-limited), AI summaries that condense user feedback, and options for image-based feedback in paid plans.

The goal is simple — help teams actually see what users feel, improve faster, and focus on building better experiences instead of managing feedback systems.
