After years of trying productivity apps, habit trackers, journals, and goal-setting systems, I realized something was missing.
Most tools help you manage tasks.
Very few help you manage your life.
So I started building FlowMyLife, a free Personal Life OS that brings together habits, goals, projects, life balance, daily reflection, and AI guidance in one place.
The goal isn't to be more productive.
The goal is to create alignment between who you want to become and what you do every day.
I'm building this as a solo founder while working full-time, and the first public version is now live.
I'd love to hear your feedback:
• What is the biggest challenge you face when trying to stay consistent with your goals?
• What feature would make a personal growth app genuinely useful for you?

One thing I found myself wondering is whether people struggle because their tools are disconnected or because the different parts of life are sometimes pulling in genuinely conflicting directions.
Those can look like the same problem for a while.
But they can lead to very different ideas about what "alignment" actually means.
That's what caught my attention here.
