Building Whisk AI — My First Public Launch (Feedback + Thoughts?)

Hey indiehackers!

I’ve been quietly building an app called Whisk AI - it's meant to make cooking way less stressful, especially when you’re low on ingredients, time, or motivation.

The idea: you type in (or snap a photo of) what’s in your kitchen, and it gives you legit recipes you can cook — no weird AI hallucinations, just actual food, filtered by dietary needs and goals. It also does chill calorie tracking in the background (based on your goals), but nothing intense or obsessive. I have some more ambitious goals for it, and planning to drive it to more of a 'personal assistant' - which it already is in many respect.

This is my first time putting a project out into the world properly. I've built things before but always kept them private or low-key. Honestly, getting to this point - launching, asking for feedback, showing it to people - is kind of intimidating. But I’d rather ship imperfect than never launch.

Would love to hear any feedback on the concept, design, or even the landing page. Also curious if you’ve dealt with similar challenges around launching while still building.
