Building Zipprr Equipment Rental Script, software for renting out physical equipment online

We kept running into the same pattern: someone wants to rent out equipment, construction machinery, cameras, medical devices, power tools, party gear, whatever, and ends up either hacking together a directory site or paying a monthly SaaS fee forever for something that's really just listings, calendars, and payments.
