Built 200+ visual sketches from podcast transcripts. A few podcast hosts passed when pricing came up. Is this a real pain?

I'm a product designer building The PodKnowledge (thepodknowledge.com). It turns podcast transcripts into visual content: carousels, quote cards, infographics, one-page sketches. Think "episode to shareable visuals" in minutes instead of hours.

I built a set of 200+ sketches from one podcast's full catalog as proof of concept. The visuals are good. A few podcast hosts I showed it to passed when I brought up pricing. That's the signal I'm trying to read.

Before I build more, I want to know if I'm solving a real problem.

Two questions:

Podcasters: Do you actually struggle to repurpose episodes into visual content? Or is it low on your priority list compared to distribution, guests, editing? Would you pay for this, or is Canva good enough?

Builders who've sold to podcasters: What actually worked? What did they buy vs. what did they ignore? Any patterns on what podcasters will pay for?

Honest answers welcome. I'd rather learn and pivot now than build for a year.
