I've built a membership up over ten years, with ZERO ad spend just a lot of graft.
It took me deep into the world of marketing and I have tried and tested LOADS of stuff, ask me anything!
It was in the betting niche and became a SASS company with over 600 members.
I've also had success in many other niches over that time too.
Nice! 10 years is a long time to keep something running. After so long do you find you still have to put in a lot of time to keep things going?
I built a team! It doesn't actually take that long of my time now, my role has changed in that time as well.
This keeps me interested as well!
