Built a 5-step startup idea validation Notion dashboard in 6 weeks after reading the Mom Test

I have been building my own SaaS for the last 6 weeks and validating my idea before I write a line of code. And while this may seem like a boring step, I just cant not do this step. It will save me countless hours of time building the app only to realize there is no demand for this.

So I picked up The Mom Test (highly recommend btw) and started taking notes since the last 6 weeks.

Now as with any knowledge, you want to make sure you apply that knowledge so I built a 5-step Dashboard on Notion on how to validate your idea, understand your users problems, create and communicate your products value prop on your landing page, places you can share your landing page & get early adopters.

This way, before I start any project, I can simply plug n play this dashboard and start the process each time with zero effort. I just wanna take as many shots at goal as possible.

I have put everything in there. How to create your value propositions, what questions to ask your customers, how to write your headlines and all on your landing page, where to share your landing page and get early testers.

It doesnt involve any coding (not at this point anyways)- just a lot of asking questions and writing answers related to problems and solutions. And validating your solution to the problem via your landing page & getting your first 100 users.

I want to improve it more and keep adding more layers to this but I think this is a solid starting point - and I havent come across any such template out there.
