Built a browser privacy check feature for my app, and it blew my mind 😳

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been working on a tool called Cachify, which helps users understand and improve their online privacy.

Yesterday, I built a new feature — a Browser Privacy Check that reveals what your browser already knows about you (like your user agent, screen resolution, IP info, and more).

While building and testing it, I was honestly shocked to see how much data a browser exposes by default 😅

I ended up turning that realization into a short, fun video to raise awareness (without leaking any real info, of course). It got way more engagement than I expected across platforms — and people really resonated with the “privacy awareness but make it meme” vibe.

I’m trying to find that balance between education and entertainment, so privacy doesn’t feel boring or intimidating.
