Built a Chatbot That Qualifies Local Businesses at 5am — While Everyone Else Slept

This morning at 5am, while the rest of Orlando was sleeping, I was training a chatbot to replace a junior SDR.

His name is Marvin. He: Asks smart questions

Qualifies businesses for our Local Hero Campaign

Books walkthroughs with zero fluff

We built him inside HighLevel using:

✅ NEPQ-style conversational logic
✅ Custom fields to track pain, intent, and fit
✅ Custom values like {{prospecting_city}} to personalize at scale

It was messy at first (like all good builds are), but after an hour of refining Q&A pairs and tweaking tone, Marvin’s closing better than most cold DMs I’ve seen.

Next step: drop him into landing pages, QR codes, and SMS blasts across Orlando.

You don’t need a big team to build something that works while you sleep — just a clear process and a persistent little AI concierge.

If you’ve built with AI this way — curious how you handled tone + objections. Drop tips below. 👇

Thanks for the email Ilias Saghir, and for booked a call then simply not attending the call. It shows your character.

I'm so sorry bro, Haven't slept all week, and just slept through all of my alarms. I'll make it good with you, I'll give you something extra because of this. If you're still open for it.

Why did you have to do this at 5am?

Travel day, had to be up early to catch the train. And for us old folks being early is just a part of live and the "nightlife" is a thing of the past.
