Built a Compliance Auditor Chrome Extension – Help Me Validate This Idea?

I’m a freelance dev and made a Chrome extension called Compliance Auditor. It scans web pages and flags:

Words that can get your ads banned (like “miracle cure,” “guaranteed results,” etc.)

Sensitive info leaking onto pages (emails, phone numbers, credit cards)

Industry-specific compliance issues (finance, health, etc.)

I’m thinking about turning it into a SaaS so people can:

Scan entire websites, not just single pages

Get compliance reports

Upload custom keyword lists

Use it with teams or via API

My questions:

Does this sound like a real pain for you or your clients?

Would you pay for it as SaaS?

Any features you’d want?
