Built a distributed outbound infrastructure platform, validated it with a US pilot

I wanted to share what I’ve been building over the last several months and get feedback from fellow founders here.

I’m building "Senddot" — a distributed outbound infrastructure platform designed for agencies and outbound teams managing multiple client campaigns.

The core problem I noticed was surprisingly consistent.

Most outbound teams think their biggest challenge is:

  • Finding leads
  • Writing better copy
  • Personalization
  • AI automation

But after studying multiple outbound operations, I realized something else.

At scale, outbound usually doesn’t break because of messaging.

It breaks because of infrastructure.

Things like:

  • Sender burnout
  • Domain reputation damage
  • Poor sending distribution
  • Deliverability collapse
  • Operational chaos across multiple client accounts

That’s the layer I decided to solve.

So I built Senddot around infrastructure-first outbound scaling.

Key capabilities include:

  • Distributed sender rotation
  • Infrastructure-aware campaign orchestration
  • Deliverability intelligence
  • Multi-client outbound management

Recently, I ran a "paid pilot with a US client", and it gave me valuable real-world validation.

Some major learnings from the pilot:

  1. Infrastructure matters far more than most teams realize

Two similar campaigns can produce completely different results based purely on sending infrastructure.

  1. Agencies need systems, not just tools

Once agencies cross ~5–15 active clients, operations become exponentially more complex.

  1. White-label demand is real

Interestingly, the client wasn’t just interested in using the platform.

They were interested in:

  • White-label licensing
  • Strategic partnership
  • Building a business around it

That changed my thinking.

I’m now considering multiple paths for Senddot:

  1. Continue scaling independently
  2. White-label licensing with agencies
  3. Strategic partnerships
  4. Partial or full acquisition discussions

I’m curious:

  • If you run an agency, would outbound infrastructure be valuable to your business?
  • If you’re a SaaS founder, how would you position something like this?
  • Would you lean toward licensing, partnership, or acquisition?

Would genuinely love feedback from this community.
