Hey IH,
I built Remove PDF Pages, a free tool to delete, reorder, split, merge, extract, and compress PDF pages directly in the browser.
I made it because I was tired of uploading sensitive PDFs to random cloud tools just to delete a few pages. This one keeps files local for free-tier jobs — no signup, no watermarks, no upload.
It's also a sandbox project for me to practice SEO/GEO and building small tools in public.
Would love feedback on the landing page, the tool itself, or the privacy angle.

Keeping PDFs local is a clear differentiator, but I'd keep validating whether users are choosing the tool because it's private or because it's the fastest way to make a simple edit. Those motivations lead to very different positioning over time.
