Built a Free Kwai & Kuaishou Video Downloader – Looking for Feedback

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been building a web-based tool called SaveVidClips that helps users download public videos from platforms like Kwai and Kuaishou directly through their browser.

The idea came from noticing how difficult it can be for users to save videos for offline viewing, research, content organization, or personal archiving without installing additional software.

My goal was to keep the experience as simple as possible:

No software installation
Fast video processing
Mobile-friendly interface
Clean and lightweight design
Works directly in the browser
Simple copy-and-paste workflow

While building the project, I spent most of my time focusing on:

Page speed optimization
User experience
Mobile responsiveness
Reducing unnecessary steps in the download process
Making the tool accessible for non-technical users
