Built a free salary calculator after getting tired of doing the same math by hand
I kept running into the same problem: comparing job offers or freelance rates that used different pay structures (hourly vs salary vs monthly) meant doing the same conversion math over and over, or switching between five different single-purpose calculator sites to check my work.
So I built HourlyRateCalc — a free set of calculators covering the conversions I kept needing: hourly to yearly salary, salary back to hourly rate, overtime pay, freelance rate targets, PTO payout, raise calculations, and a few others like a time card calculator and an hours-to-decimal converter for payroll.

It's still early and I'm actively adding tools based on what people actually search for (the last few — Time Card, Raise, PTO Payout — came from checking Search Console for gaps rather than guessing). If anyone has a calculator they wish existed for this kind of thing, I'm curious to hear it.
