Built a freelancing app to hire in under 60 seconds — looking for feedback on growth

Hey everyone, 👋

I’m Dinaagaren, a solo founder.

I recently built GiniGigs, a mobile-first freelancing app designed to make hiring fast and simple.

What it does:

  • Hire freelancers in ~60 seconds
  • No proposals — just chat → hire → pay
  • Pre-vetted international freelancers
  • Built for quick, real-time hiring

Current traction:

  • 10,000+ app downloads
  • 60 freelancers onboarded
  • 4.8★ app rating
  • Zero marketing spend so far

Tech stack: Flutter, Node.js, MongoDB

Challenge:
I now have freelancers on the platform, but growing the client side (people posting jobs) is the hard part.

I’d really appreciate feedback from founders or builders here:
What would you focus on next to attract more clients?

Thanks for reading 🙏

the reason freelancers and the ones that are still on the app is that the terms are in their favor (get hired in 60seconds).
if you want to attract more clients, i would say you focus on their safety. things like; if they don't like the finished project they can get their money back, show them how you qualify freelancers so they don't have to worry about the ones you select for them. use social proof in your offer and website.
you can even use a very strong guarantee, since you're just starting

Really solid early traction, especially with zero marketing.

This feels like a classic supply vs demand gap. I’d focus on high-intent users (people actively looking to hire fast) and optimizing the funnel from install → first hire.

Your “chat → hire → pay” flow is a strong differentiator—probably worth leaning into that heavily in positioning.

Curious where the biggest drop-off is right now?
