I’ve been building Nephy.io, a tool that centralizes tech job openings directly from company career pages — no LinkedIn, no job boards, no spam.
Here’s where we are now:
350+ tech companies
24,500+ real, active job offers (+800 product manager positions)
Updated daily straight from each company’s site
Fully mobile-friendly
The goal is simple: help tech folks discover real opportunities that often never make it to job boards.
It’s still in beta, so we’re looking for feedback and suggestions to make it better for job seekers.
If you’re exploring new roles (or just curious about the market), feel free to give it a try.
Hey, that's a great job board. I am a co-founder of Hugeleap.ai, and we take care of what happens on the other side of the job board when candidates apply. I have many monatization stratagies for your job board if you would like to colaborate, then lets connect. We have been in the market for the last 1 and half years and already have a few clients.
Hi Viraj,
I've sent you a message via LinkedIn.
Thanks!!!
Very good listings you have there. Would be nice to have a filter by role type.
Thanks @GusCosta, agree.
Looks pretty nice! I was under impression that most of these job pages do not let you scrape, but then probably that's only true for the job boards - cool that you have found a way to make it "not a bug, but a feature" by scrapping exactly the company pages who don't mind any scraping.
How do you find all these places? Is it just a big manual collection of the known companies or do you somehow automatically search for them?
As for the feedback, IMHO, you don't should nearly enough about what makes it different - jobs directly from the company pages. Certainly it won't be good enough for some people, but those would be more likely to use other boards anyway. Yours is for people who do see the value in going directly to the offers on the company pages.
And maybe a bit of SHORT explanation on why it is useful right on the home page won't hurt.
I like your rational about WHO are the potential customers. Thanks for the time invested to share your feedback. Really really valuable.
Looks clean and the core promise is clear.
One thing I learned while launching my own tool recently is that the faster you get users to an 'oh!' moment, the better the early retention is.
Maybe worth showing a live example job search right on the homepage?
Would remove friction and prove the data quality instantly.
Awesome!
I love that problem and solution explanation. Thanks Sam. We'll think on it to get the desired activation.
Very cool! One thing I’ve always wondered — some companies don’t update their own job boards. How do you handle stale or inactive listings?
Great question.
Two strategies:
1) Inside of a job board, if there is one suspicious job. Right now, we're measuring the average time a job is listed in a job board; based on that we'll define a time range, and once a job offer will be more than that time, we'll inform users that this offer is suspicious to be inactive.
2) We will do the same with a job listing with all the job postings inactive. And depends on the time the jobs are inactive, we'll announce job by job, or deactivate the company profile.
We want to offer, inside or our possibilities, the most reliable info.
Thanks Jason
This looks interesting.
What's your MRR, and monetization strategy?
Hi Frugal,
Our strategy vision:
-> I think our differential value (and the money) should come from additional services created based on the job offers marketplace.
The quality and quantity of the offer, as well as the findability are key to attract and retain users, but then, it's the moment to build real services that justify one pays or monthly subscriptions
MRR,
-> 0€ right now
Monetization strategy
-> Working on it (and based on the strategy vision)
Thanks!
You're welcome. And thank you for the details.
This is a great idea — job seekers are overwhelmed with noise on traditional platforms, and direct-from-source listings are exactly what the market needs. Love that you’re focusing on transparency and signal over volume. Centralizing verified openings straight from company sites feels like a real step forward for people tired of duplicate or expired listings. Excited to see how Nephy evolves out of beta — especially if you add filters for roles, stack, or remote policies down the line.
Filters of roles, stack or remote policies down the line. I'll take note it this ;). Thanks @Beastinventer
Built a clean tech job board. Would love feedback.
I’m building the same a job board that pulls openings straight from company career pages. No LinkedIn. No aggregators. No spam.
Current snapshot: 350+ companies, 24,500+ active roles (800+ PM), refreshed daily, fully mobile friendly.
If you run a careers site, a quick free audit with SiteVital AI helps your roles surface everywhere. It flags crawl blocks, missing or broken JobPosting schema, sitemap gaps, and slow mobile load that can hide jobs from search and tools like ours. Small fixes, big discoverability gains.
If you notice stale or absent listings for a company, ping me and I’ll tune the crawler.
Thanks!
"Wow, this is impressive! Centralizing 24k+ real tech job listings without the noise of LinkedIn or spam is a game-changer for job seekers. I’d love to know more about how you ensure the listings stay accurate and up-to-date. Definitely bookmarking this to share with my network!
Thanks Stellytips.
We update the status of job offers daily; the challenge will increase when we'll include more and more sources, not only from ATS. Thanks for all the feedback and noise that you can create ;)
Absolutely, keeping everything accurate at scale is tough, but it sounds like you’ve got a solid process in place. If you want, I can share a few strategies I’ve used to manage and promote platforms like this to reach the right audience faster could save you a lot of time and get more users onboarded. DM me anytime if you want to dive deeper
Sure! I'll write a DM to you! How can I contact with you?
you can contact me through this stellytips at G M A I L . COM
NICE! Have you consider open to other type of jobs? (non tech)
Inside of tech, we include all the profiles inside of the tech industry, I mean: operations, customer care, design, product, ... not only software engineers, etc... Thanks Roberto!
I tried it and it saves alot of time
Love to hear it! We have to improve the search engine, we have to remove frictions there as well.
Great product! I like how Nephy.io simplifies task automation without requiring heavy coding. Curious to see how it handles complex triggers.
Thanks @apnagharinteriors. Please, if you check the the website, and you have any comment or proposal, go to Send Feedback in the footer. We want to know your opinion in detail. Thanks!!!
There are more platforms like this. Have you thought in something additional to differentiate Nephy of them? Thanks!
Sure. My idea is to build improvements on top of the job listings. For example:
Job recommendations based on your CV or profile
Custom alerts
CV improvement tips
An AI tool to write recommendation letters
Automatic applications
But it's really important to understand the real value of these features. We can't (and shouldn't) build things just because they sound like nice ideas.
Cool!
I thought about some fun organic marketin strategies for you:
For subreddits that allow self promotion like r/SideProject, r/ShamelessPlug, and r/ImadeThis, post something like:
"Built Nephy because so many tech job openings never make it to LinkedIn or job boards. We scrape directly from company career pages so you get real, active roles with zero spam. Right now it has 350 plus tech companies, more than 24,500 real job openings including over 800 product manager roles, all updated daily. It is fully mobile friendly and designed so job seekers can explore genuine opportunities without dealing with algorithm noise or recruiters flooding their inbox."
For non promo subreddits like r/cscareerquestions, r/recruitinghell, r/techjobs, r/jobs, and r/productmanagement, frame it as a neutral story or insight with zero product mention:
"I noticed something strange when helping a friend with their job search. A lot of great roles from legit companies never appear on job boards at all. They live only on the company’s own career page. Meanwhile, job boards are filled with reposts, duplicates, outdated listings, and things that recruiters boost over and over. It made me wonder how many real opportunities people miss just because they rely only on big platforms. I am curious how people here discover openings. Do you check company sites manually, rely on LinkedIn, use alerts, or just apply everywhere you see something."
Then, once someone replies like “I hate job boards” or “is there a way to check company sites faster,” that is where you introduce Nephy naturally:
"Ah, well I have been using Nephy which pulls job openings straight from company career pages."
Then reply daily under Reddit and YouTube comments about job searching, how to get into tech, product management roles, layoffs, resume tips, or job market trends. Write things like, "That is cool, I realised checking each company manually takes forever so having everything consolidated helped a lot."
For YouTube, comment early under videos like how to get a tech job in 2025, resume improvement tips, portfolio building, or job search strategies. Say something like, "Great guide. The biggest thing that helped me was focusing on real career pages instead of relying on noisy job boards."
Post two slideshow videos per day on Instagram and TikTok. One could be something like "Five reasons most real tech jobs never appear on LinkedIn." Another could be something like "Why checking company career pages is still the best way to find legit roles."
Add one AI UGC video daily on Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with an AI avatar reacting to a line like "Wait, it scans real company career pages automatically" followed by a product demo showing the listings, filters, and mobile view.
Add one wall of text shortform video daily on Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts where someone scrolls job listings on their phone with a big text overlay that says something like "is it just me or job boards feel like the same recycled roles over and over."
Post three green screen memes weekly on Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using visuals like someone staring at a fake job posting with overlay text like "POV LinkedIn says the job was posted 3 hours ago but the company closed it 4 months ago."
Run this consistently for 30 days. Two slideshow posts daily, one AI UGC video daily, three memes weekly, plus active Reddit and YouTube engagement across tech career and job search communities.
And by the way, you can produce all these assets, schedule them, answer comments with AI, and manage everything in one place using aftermark.ai. The beta opens in about two weeks and would be sick to see you on the waitlist :)
I’ve taken a look and it seems promising. I’m tired of checking LinkedIn every day and digging through the Jobs section, it’s not intuitive, and lately people post openings directly in regular posts with a link to their company. Do you plan to add more types of filters? I think this could save me time and help me find jobs faster
Are you thinking on a specific filter?
Yes, it should be one of the next improvements. Based on technologies, tools, skills, etc...
