Hey Indie Hackers,
I wanted to share what I’ve been building: BharatAI (https://bharat-ai2.vercel.app).
Tagline: A localized multi-agent LLM orchestrator running interactive, bilingual classrooms for Indian students.
---
### 💡 The Motivation: Why I Built This
1. Bypassing the Single-Prompt Limitation: Standard AI wrappers give students a linear, one-on-one chat interface. But real, deep learning doesn't happen in a vacuum. When a student is struggling with a complex competitive exam concept, a single chatbot explanation can lead to a dead end. BharatAI introduces a multi-agent layer where virtual teachers and student peers debate, cross-examine, and break down problems dynamically, simulating a real classroom.
2. The Localized Accessibility Gap: High-quality, hyper-personalized tutoring in India is heavily concentrated in tier-1 hubs, and generic English-centric models create language barriers. BharatAI is built from the ground up to communicate naturally in Hinglish, acting as a 24/7 accessible, equitable study group for tier-2/3 students.

### 🛠️ The Tech Stack & Architecture
* Frontend: Next.js / Tailwind CSS (Hosted on Vercel)
* Orchestration Layer: Multi-agent state management for real-time peer-to-peer AI interactions. Instead of a basic API wrapper, the application manages multi-turn orchestration where the agents build upon each other's inputs before rendering the final stream to the student.

### 🚧 Where I Need Your Help (The Distribution Bottleneck)
The tool works incredibly fast and the UX is highly interactive, but scaling organic consumer traffic (B2C) through standard SEO or social channels has been tough.
I’m currently exploring a pivot: productizing this multi-agent framework into a whitelabel utility for local coaching institutes. It allows independent tutors to instantly deploy their own branded, AI-powered 24/7 doubt rooms to compete with massive ed-tech conglomerates.
I’d love to get the community's brutal feedback on:
1. Onboarding Friction: Should I force users to configure the room, or should I drop them into pre-configured live demos (e.g., "10th Board Math Class") right on the landing page?
2. B2B Strategy: If you’ve successfully sold white-labeled software or frameworks to traditional local businesses, what's the best way to pitch this framework to business owners who aren't technical?
Looking forward to your thoughts and critiques!
