I've been building Meetario — a scheduling platform built around a simple idea: everything you need to book and run a meeting should live in one tool.
The pitch: Scheduling + built-in video calls (Jitsi) + messenger notifications + CRM sync. No stitching together three separate subscriptions.
What I learned from early users:
Messenger notifications > email. This was the #1 thing people mentioned. Getting a Telegram/WhatsApp/Slack message the moment someone books is way more useful than an email buried in your inbox. We support 8 messengers on the free plan.
Video calls should just work — and be free. Built-in Jitsi video (E2E encrypted, no guest accounts needed, no time limit) was the feature that made people actually commit. No separate video subscription, no extra logins.
CRM sync should be native. Every salesperson I talked to was paying $20+/month for a third-party automation tool just to push bookings into HubSpot. So we built native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Notion.
Flat pricing wins for teams. Our Business plan is $20/month for the whole team, not per user. This is consistently what converts team trials.
Numbers:
24 total integrations (5 calendars, 3 video, 5 CRMs, 8 messengers, payments, webhooks)
Free plan includes video calls + all messenger notifications
Built with Symfony 7, MySQL, Redis, self-hosted Jitsi
What I'm working on next:
React/WordPress embed components
Group booking improvements
More calendar sync options
Would love feedback from anyone who books meetings for a living. What matters most in a scheduling tool for you? What's overrated?
I liked that the biggest takeaway wasn't the 24 integrations. It was people caring more about getting a Telegram or WhatsApp message than another email. That's the kind of feedback you only get after people actually use it.
I can picture someone asking ChatGPT for a scheduling tool that sends booking alerts to WhatsApp because that's where they already run their day. They aren't looking for another calendar app. They're looking for the one that fits how they already work.
I'm curious if you've noticed people recommending Meetario because of those messenger alerts more often than the built in video calls.
I like that you're optimizing around the entire meeting workflow rather than the booking step.
Scheduling isn't usually where the friction ends—it's where it starts. If people can move from booking to meeting to follow-up without switching tools, that's a much stronger promise than simply replacing another calendar link.
