Built a soul-tech framework from scratch. 8 months of "Marketing Forensics" and $0 revenue.

Eight months ago, I publicly launched S.T.A.R.S. 9.0 after finally stopping the traditional "hustle harder" playbook. While the launch was recent, the framework was actually born from the ashes of a 9,000-rejection marathon and nearly two years of failed iterations and "bad builds" dating back to early 2024.

I realized that my Top 10 UK Marketing degree had taught me how to run a corporate machine, but not how to align a human soul. I built S.T.A.R.S. to help creators avoid the burnout I lived through.

The Strategy Audit: As of today, my revenue is $0.

As an Indie Hacker and strategist, I know "0" is a diagnostic data point. Operating under a strict limit of <17 working hours per week (aligned with my own framework’s rhythmic reset) due to family caregiving obligations, I spent 8 months testing manual outreach.

This phase confirmed a Signal Gap:
I was sending a signal of depth but targeting low-intent viewers on rented social media land.

The "No-Ads" Mandate:
You might ask why a UK marketing expert isn't running Meta or LinkedIn ads to bridge this gap. It is a deliberate choice.
I am not here to "buy" attention; I am here to earn trust. In an AI world flooded with paid noise, I believe the ultimate proof of a strategist's capability is building a high-conversion engine using SEO and genuine human connection.
I am choosing to bypass the "pay-to-play" treadmill to prove that there is a better way to connect—one that values frequency over funding and alignment over algorithms.

The 2026 Pivot:
I am now "opening the vault" and moving to a Passive SEO Inbound model. I’ve repositioned my framework as an open-source repository on GitHub to leverage its high domain authority (DA95+) and reach the US/UK markets where my specialized marketing expertise resonates.

The Architecture:
• Stack: GitHub (SEO Engine) → Beehiiv (Lead Capture) → Lemon Squeezy (Checkout).
• The Goal: Transitioning from manual effort to an automated, minimalist distribution system.
• Freedom: I define freedom as the internal alignment to walk away from 9,000 "No's" to build my own "Yes".

I’m sharing this because honesty is the only currency that matters in the AI era. How are you solo founders managing the gap between "building the craft" and "building the distribution" without sacrificing your brand’s soul to a paid ad budget?

Looking for Affiliate Partners:
I’ve opened a tiered partner program (25-35% commission) for coaches and creators who value digital-minimalism. No minimum audience required.
