I own investment properties and kept running into the same problem: every month, manually downloading PDF statements from my property manager and copying numbers into a spreadsheet.

Every property manager sends a different format. Some are scanned images. Existing tools (Stessa, REI Hub, Landlord Studio) all still require manual entry. Nobody had fixed it.

So I built VANTAGE. Connect your Gmail, it finds your property manager statements automatically, AI extracts the data, and you get a live dashboard — income, expenses, cash flow.

Where I'm at: Deployed at vantageprop.tech. Working PDF extraction. 0 paying users. Targeting Australian property investors first, then accountants who manage investor clients.
