Built a tool to turn meeting transcripts into actionable to-do lists — looking for feedback

I often found myself losing focus in online meetings. But I was busy jotting down action items so I wouldn’t forget them later.
The problem? I’d still miss details, or end up rewatching the recording just to figure out who’s supposed to do what.

So I built Auto-Note — a small web app that:

  • Reads the meeting transcription

  • Automatically detects action items mentioned during the conversation

Outputs them as a clean checklist with:

  • Title

  • Priority level (High / Medium / Low)

  • Summary

The goal is simple: Let you focus fully on the discussion, and have a ready-to-use task list right after the meeting.

I’d love feedback from this community on:

  • How accurate the task detection feels in real use

  • Whether the priority levels make sense

  • What would make the UI/UX better for everyday use
