I often found myself losing focus in online meetings. But I was busy jotting down action items so I wouldn’t forget them later.
The problem? I’d still miss details, or end up rewatching the recording just to figure out who’s supposed to do what.
So I built Auto-Note — a small web app that:
Reads the meeting transcription
Automatically detects action items mentioned during the conversation
Outputs them as a clean checklist with:
Title
Priority level (High / Medium / Low)
Summary
The goal is simple: Let you focus fully on the discussion, and have a ready-to-use task list right after the meeting.
I’d love feedback from this community on:
How accurate the task detection feels in real use
Whether the priority levels make sense
What would make the UI/UX better for everyday use

Well, it sounds really cool, I'm going to try it at my next meeting and I'll tell you about it.
Thank you, Hope it's useful to you. And waiting for your feedback
