I'm Jai, 18, founder of Bexra — an AI-powered platform for entrepreneurs.
Quick context on what we built: our Growth Plan is for founders who already have a business model running and need structured help to actually scale it.
Think personalized roadmaps, weekly tasks, a business feed with real-time insights, marketing suggestions to find the right audience, and an AI chatbot — all in one dashboard.
The problem: it's not selling.
We launched with 300+ waitlist signups. Converted zero to the Growth plan so far. The Starter plan (for idea-stastage founders) has its own issues, but that's a separate conversation.
What I genuinely can't figure out is: are we solving the wrong problems for growth-stage founders, or just communicating the right ones badly?
So I want to ask this community directly — if you're running a business and trying to scale right now:
What's the one thing you're most stuck on? (Audience growth, consistency, knowing what to prioritize, accountability, marketing direction — what actually keeps you up at night?)
What tools are you using that you'd never give up? And is there a gap those tools don't fill?
Have you ever paid for a "growth guidance" type product? If yes — what made it worth it? If no — what made you walk away?
Not trying to pitch anything here. I want to understand what pain is real enough to actually pay for — because clearly what I think founders struggle with and what they'll open their wallets for are two different things.
Appreciate any honest takes.
0 paying on a growth/education product usually means channel mismatch, not pricing. Where are your waitlist/signups coming from — and are you actively hunting conversations where founders describe the pain you solve (Reddit/IH), or waiting for inbound? Happy to share what's worked for finding those threads if useful.
Mostly LinkedIn Groups maybe I just explore Reddit and IH more
LinkedIn Groups can work for B2B-ish education, but they're slow for first paying user.
Since you're open to Reddit + IH: for entrepreneurship/growth products I'd skip launch posts and reply where founders already post "0 paying users", "can't get traction", "built but no customers" — r/microsaas, r/SideProject, IH comments (you're already here).
Quick q: what's the platform called, and who pays — aspiring founders, or people already running a business?
If Reddit is on your list — happy to build a free sample digest (5 threads + reply drafts). Just need product + 2–3 subs.
Interesting problem.
I was curious after reading your post and went through part of the Growth Plan flow myself.
One thing that stood out is that many of the questions focus on the founder's personality, preferences, risk tolerance, work style, and goals. By the middle of the process, I felt like I was building a founder profile rather than describing a business that needs growth advice.
That made me wonder whether some users might be expecting business-specific guidance but aren't yet seeing enough connection between their business and the recommendations being generated.
Have you spoken with any of the people who joined the waitlist but didn't convert? I'd be very curious to know whether the issue is pricing, trust, or whether the output feels too focused on the founder versus the business itself.
Either way, I like that you're trying to understand the real reason behind the zero conversions instead of assuming it's just a traffic problem.
Thanks for your honest advice, I needed it
