Built an AI that handles tasks from one command… but users leave in 2 seconds — what am I missing?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building a small project called Gravonix AI.

The idea is simple:

Instead of switching between multiple tools, you type one command and it handles everything.

Example:

“Make a PPT on climate change and send it to my email”

It tries to:

- generate slides

- create content

- and prepare everything

I also added support for images and videos through the same command approach.

Here’s the problem though:

Some days I get decent traffic (30–40 visitors), but many users leave within a few seconds. On better days, they stay longer and explore.

So I’m trying to understand what’s going wrong.

Is it:

- unclear value?

- confusing UI?

- or just the wrong audience?

If you’ve built something early-stage before, what made users stay longer for you?

Would really appreciate honest feedback — even critical thoughts.
