Built an AI to handle Meta ad comments because I was tired of losing sales

I run paid social for a few DTC brands, and one thing kept driving me nuts: the comment sections on Facebook and Instagram ads.

Trolls shouting “scam,” spam links showing up under our best-performing creatives, and real buyers asking questions like “price?” or “how do I order?, but getting ignored because no one’s checking comments 24/7.

We tried keyword filters, manual cleanup, even hiring a VA. None of it scaled. Meta’s native tools were either too basic or just didn’t work.

So I built FeedGuardians, an AI that moderates and replies to ad comments automatically. It hides spam in under a second, responds to common sales questions with the right link, and tags everything by sentiment and buyer intent.

It’s now handling 80%+ of comments for our campaigns and is helping us recover revenue that used to leak out of the feed.

If you’re dealing with the same mess, you can try it free for 7 days (no card).
