Built an EU/GDPR-native Collabstr alternative with 8 free compliance tools — brutal feedback wanted

Solo founder, Estonia-incorporated, bootstrapped. Just launched Collabios — an EU-native influencer marketplace built because every existing platform (Collabstr, Modash, Heepsy, Aspire) is US-first.

The thesis:

- France's Loi 2023-451 mandates written contracts over €1,000 starting Jan 2026

- Germany has Werbekennzeichnung disclosure rules

- Italy has AGCOM Codice di Condotta

- Factur-X becomes mandatory for French B2B invoicing in 2026

- None of the US platforms handle any of this

I built 8 free compliance tools (contract generator, VAT calculator, Loi audit, ad disclosure generator, invoice generator, AGCOM audit, engagement rate calc, rate calc) — all live at collabios.com/tools. Free forever, no signup wall. The bet is they'll act as backlink magnets and rank for EU-specific commercial queries that US competitors don't bother optimizing for.

Marketplace itself runs on EUR/SEPA, 7 languages (EN/FR/DE/ES/IT/NL/AR), GDPR-native, no US data transfers.

What I'd love brutal feedback on:

1. Is the "EU compliance moat" actually a moat, or will Collabstr/Modash just copy the tools in 6 months?

2. Anyone here tried free-tools-as-backlink-magnet for a B2B marketplace? Real data appreciated.

3. Pricing ladder: Free / EUR 99 Pro / EUR 199 Premium. Right gaps for solo brand managers vs agencies, or too compressed?
