Built an MVP to make adding AI to existing apps less painful

I started working on it after repeatedly hitting the same problem: adding AI features to existing apps sounds simple, but in practice it often means a lot of brittle glue code just to connect AI to real APIs.

Kernex tries to simplify that by turning existing APIs (via OpenAPI) into an AI-ready layer that you can plug into a simple chat-style interface, backed by real data and actions.

It’s still early and opinionated, but I’m curious whether this approach resonates with others who are trying to “agentify” apps or internal tools.

Would love feedback from anyone working in this space or thinking about adding AI to existing products.
