Hey everyone,
I'm Thijs and I just launched Blik360, an open source 360 feedback platform.
The backstory: I needed 360 feedback for our team. Checked Lattice (18K/year), Culture Amp, 15Five... all enterprise-priced. I'm a developer, so I thought: how hard can this be?
Turns out the hard part is anonymity. You can't just promise it, you need to ensure total anonymity, my team mates wouldn't trust it, and so would I.
So I built token-based anonymity into the core, added Docker deployment, research-backed questionnaires, REST API, PostgreSQL backend. Made it AGPL licensed.
Now it's live: free to self-host, or 49/month for managed EU SaaS.

Looking for honest feedback:
Let me know what you think!
The strongest wedge may not be “cheaper Lattice.” It looks like three different buyers: small HR teams priced out of enterprise software, engineering-led companies that want self-hosting, and privacy-sensitive EU teams that need anonymity they can verify.
Each buyer has a different trigger and proof requirement. I would research the repeated language around performance-review overhead, distrust of anonymous feedback, enterprise HR pricing, and self-hosting before combining them into one homepage promise.
I am building DemandThread around this kind of source-backed demand research. Happy to send three relevant discussion threads if useful.
