I recently launched GoPing, an uptime monitoring tool built for SaaS teams running production APIs and web apps.
My frustration with most monitoring tools is that they surface raw check logs instead of meaningful operational signal.
I’m experimenting with a different angle:
• Activity feed focused on incidents and real events
• Clear maintenance visibility
• Bulk monitor controls
• Transparent plan limits (no overage surprises)
• First monitor live in ~30 seconds
It’s very early. No paid users yet.
I’m trying to validate whether “signal over noise” is actually a strong enough positioning difference in this space.
If you’re currently using UptimeRobot, Better Stack, StatusCake, etc.:
What would make you switch?
And if you wouldn’t switch, why?
I’d appreciate blunt feedback.
