Built and launched an AI contract tool in 30 days - early traction results

I’m a 20-year-old solo technical founder from Kazakhstan.

Over the last month I built VIDI - an AI contract analysis tool that helps small and medium businesses understand contracts before signing. I designed and built the entire system myself (frontend, backend, and AI pipeline).

Results after launch:

• MVP built in 30 days
• Launched 2 weeks ago
• 1000+ visitors since launch
• ~40–70 visitors per day on average
• 3 real SMB contracts uploaded and analyzed
• Avg analysis time: 15–20 seconds
• Revenue: $0 (early stage)

Most early users came from Product Hunt.

What the product does:
• Upload a contract
• Detect potential risks
• Explain legal clauses in plain English
• Suggest safer revisions

Right now I’m focused on improving usability, increasing trust, and converting traffic into active users.
