Built and shipped your product. What do you do next?

I'm looking for experiences of maintaining Microsaas products. Generally takes a person or two to build product - does it take a lot to maintain? if you're looking for a stream of part-time-work / passive income, is microsaas the right thing to do?

Marketing, marketing, and more marketing. And once I'd have enough users using the product, I'd make sure to add features or iterate based on their feedback :D

I laughed hard when I read the title. This is exactly where I'm standing right now. I build and shipped my personality test and now I'm like: "What now?".

In my case, since the test is completely free and it's not a huge project, there is not much to take care of once it's live (technically). However, I feel like I should invest more of my time in marketing the project now and help it gain more attention.

Reaaallly try to have the smallest stack of tools you possibly can to maintain your microsaas. That's why we built GoSquared - to bring sales, CS and marketing automation under one roof and reduce the time founders need to spend on each project, whilst still offering a really good service.

Have a look and let me know if you have any questions!

Gotit. So it's either not a lot of maintainance and let it grow/market and smaller tweaks. Doesn't sound very time intensive. Thanks!
