Built another piece of PulseBoard's vision today.

Building another piece of the vision is always exciting — but the interesting challenge comes when that vision has to make sense to someone who wasn't there from day one.

A lot of founders can clearly explain what they're building because they know the entire story behind it. A new visitor only sees a few seconds of the product and asks a much simpler question:

"Why does this matter to me?"

The products that win usually aren't just the ones with the strongest ideas — they're the ones that make the value obvious to people who don't already understand the journey.

Would be interesting to see how Pulseboard communicates that bigger vision as more pieces come together.
