Over the last few weeks, I’ve been working on something that started with a simple frustration:
Why are medical bills so hard to understand — even for people in healthcare?
So I built a small tool to fix that.
It’s called DecodeMyForm AI
— and it uses Google Gemini + Firebase to translate confusing healthcare forms (EOBs, insurance bills, etc.) into plain English explanations.

Reads your uploaded EOB (Explanation of Benefits)
Decodes insurance terms like “adjustment,” “allowed amount,” and “provider charge”
Explains in simple language:
What happened
What insurance paid
What you actually owe
No training, no setup — just clarity.

Payments → Stripe (for Lifetime/Annual unlock)
Hosting → Cloudflare Pages
The MVP was intentionally lightweight — 100% privacy-first (no data stored).
🧩 Next Step
Working on a “Dispute Readiness Score” that detects billing inconsistencies early — helping patients and clinics flag issues before they turn into denials or debt.
