Built Horog after burning a year on a $1.80/h side project

For a year I was sure my iOS side project was "almost profitable" because MRR was slowly growing. Then I calculated $/hour. $1.80/h. 1/40 of my day-job rate.

Killed the project the same week.

The pain wasn't not knowing — it was the math being impossible to do casually. Revenue lived in 5 dashboards (App Store, Stripe, LemonSqueezy, etc). Time lived in my head. The division existed nowhere.
