Built my first app without coding, would love honest feedback

Hey everyone,

I’m not a developer, but over the last few months I’ve been building a football community app called Shirt Swap using FlutterFlow + Firebase.

The idea came from frustration — most football discussions online feel noisy and toxic, especially around transfers.

I wanted to create a cleaner space where fans can actually discuss rumours, opinions and news properly.

Tech stack:
- FlutterFlow (frontend)
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
- SportMonks API (football data)

Honestly, the journey has been tough.
A lot of trial and error, especially around backend logic and structuring data.

The app is currently under review on Play Store & App Store.

Before launching publicly, I’d really appreciate feedback from builders here:

- Does this idea sound worth pursuing?
- What would you improve early?
- Any obvious mistakes I should avoid?

Not trying to promote, just looking to learn.
