Built this to make sense of user feedback — would love feedback

Hey everyone 👋

I’m the solo developer behind Review Hunt.

I started building it because I kept running into the same problem again and again — I had feedback coming from everywhere, but still couldn’t clearly answer one simple question:

“What should I actually build next?”

Reviews from app stores, support tickets, surveys…

There was no shortage of input, but turning all that raw feedback into something actionable took way more time than it should.

I wasn’t lacking feedback.

I was lacking clarity.

So I built a small internal tool for myself to summarize reviews, identify recurring themes, and turn messy feedback into structured decision reports.

After using it in my own projects, I decided to turn it into a standalone product.

I just launched it publicly this week, and it’s still very early.

Right now I’m mainly focused on:

- talking to early users

- understanding which insights are actually useful

- shaping the roadmap based on real feedback

I’d really love to learn from other solo founders here:

How do you currently make sense of user feedback once it starts coming from multiple places?

What workflows or tools have actually worked for you?

Happy to answer any questions or share more details if helpful.

Congrats on the launch! Out of curiosity, which analytics metric ended up being the biggest eye-opener for you, retention, activation, or something unexpected?
