Business "Backend" go-to Stack?

I'm currently fleshing out the business backend side of a side endevour of mine. The product is a web-based SaaS offering.

I'm currently thinking about using Gsuite (Mail, Collaboration, Drive and the Office Apps), Zoho (for all the CRM/Marketing stuff and Payment/Subscriptions) and Jumpcloud (for IAM/IDM and maybe external user management).

Any comments on the components? Is there something like a backend go-to stack for this kind of business?

    Using GSuite, GCP (PostgreSQL, Cloud Run), DocuSign (contracting), and Stripe (payment processing) - happy with all of them so far.

    Debating about authentication now. Either I'll use Firebase or Stytch.

    I do need to expand into CRM/Marketing as well - have you been happy with Zoho?
